Jamaican born Executive Chef / Owner Jerry D. Scott Sr., received his formal training at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He also received training and garnered valuable experience at two of Jamaica’s famous vacation spots - Sandals Resorts and Breezes Resorts.
As an accomplished chef with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Scott has also served on the Norwegian Cruise Line and the Admiral Cruise Line as a Souse Chef. In the United States, he has been a chef at the Rocky Hill Marriot in Connecticut as well as the Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia.
